As a Residential Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our participants and ensuring the smooth operation of our this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our participants by providing them with the support and assistance they need. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with daily living activities.RequirementsYou will need: Direct care experience Experience working in transitional housing or supportive housing is a plus.
