Job DescriptionThe Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and developing the clinical program, specifically focused on providing mental health support and trauma-informed care to an incarcerated population. The role includes hiring, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling clinical staff. You will be tasked with developing, planning, and implementing strategies that ensure the program's continuity and growth, with the goal of encouraging prosocial behavior and supporting successful reintegration into the community upon release.
