This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely product launches, maintaining site navigation and taxonomy, and implementing merchandising strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive addition to managing the Fair Harbor website, this role oversees product presentation and consistency across third-party platforms, including Meta Shops, Disco Network, Google, and Id.me. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors, the Site Merchandising Associate helps shape the digital shopping journey, supporting Fair Harbor's ongoing eCommerce growth and success.ResponsibilitiesSite Merchandising & Product Management Own the end-to-end product launch process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all required assets and deliverables (copy, images, pricing, metadata) are in place for a seamless launch. Manage product setup and merchandising in Shopify, ensuring timely product activation, proper tagging, and thorough quality assurance (QA) checks post-launch. Maintain and optimize product detail pages so that key attributes are always accurate and up to date. Improve product discovery by enhancing categorization, filters, and on-site search, using optimization tools like Rebuy and Dynamic yield as needed.Campaign, Promotions & Sale Execution Support eCommerce Manager in pre-season strategy, identifying and requesting creative assets needed to support on-site activities Own seasonal campaigns, promotions, and sale launches on-site by updating all relevant site content, including the homepage, navigation, PLPs, and PDPs, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Create, monitor, and troubleshoot discount codes and promotional offers to ensure proper application and usage. Implement price adjustments on-site, ensuring consistency across marketing feeds and third-party platforms.Site Performance & UX Optimization Partner with the customer experience team to identify and resolve site- and product-related issues Manage site bugs and error tickets submitted by internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Assist cross-functional partners and stakeholders in troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting third-party platforms such as Meta Shops, Disco Network, Google, and Id.me. Collaborate on AB tests and UX enhancements, working with the eCommerce Manager, as well as the creative and CRM teams, to optimize cross-device engagement and meet performance goals Ensure compliance with accessibility best practices while updating site content to create an inclusive shopping experience across all devices.Analytics & Reporting Help monitor key site performance indicators across all devices (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate, ATB, and bounce rate) to identify potential bugs, UX friction points, and negative impacts on core web vitals. Analyze product performance, tracking top sellers, underperformers, and on-site search trends to identify merchandising opportunities and optimize product visibility. Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 and Looker to extract insights and drive data-informed decisions. Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance recap meetings, preparing and presenting key site merchandising insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.What Success Looks Like Streamlined execution of campaign, product, and promotion launches, ensuring all content (copy, images, metadata, pricing) is properly set up, aligned across channels, and delivered on schedule. Effective site merchandising strategies that enhance product discovery, engagement, and conversion rates while maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints. Data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to refine merchandising, optimize promotions, and improve the customer journey. Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize daily tasks and cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met for all stakeholders. Seamless cross-functional collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment between marketing, creative, planning, and development teams to support a unified and optimized digital experience. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce, or a related field. Shopify experience required. Experience working with Meta Shops is preferred. Experience with Dynamic Yield and Rebuy is a plus. Experience analyzing KPIs and utilizing tools like Google Analytics 4 and Looker. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. An elevated taste level - strong aesthetic judgment, can convey and execute a vision while maintaining and elevating brand standards Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce environment.
