A nonprofit organization in New York City is currently seeking a new Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their growing team as a Clinical Supervisor. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 9am to 5pm Setting: Integrated Services Center Patient Population: Mentally Ill Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor will: Assist with oversight of the day-to-day clinical operation of the clinic, including intake assessment, service planning, clinical interventions, and discharge planning Provide direct individual & group clinical supervision to clinic staff Provide relevant training's to staff (e.g., co-occurring disorders, motivational interviewing) Model and coach staff in recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care Ensure provision of evidence-based practices for youth and adults with behavioral health needs who have been involved in the criminal justice system Promote the integration of risk-need-responsivity & risk assessment management practices into clinical operations Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in social services, working with mentally ill populations Master's Degree NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 1+ years of experience in a Leadership role overseeing a Clinical staff team Experience working with the Adult andor Geriatric population Desired Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish)
