We're looking for a skilled Business Debt Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts and ensure timely payments.Responsibilities: Manage overdue business accounts and ensure timely collection of balances. Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence. Negotiate payment terms and create payment plans. Maintain accurate records of collection activities. Work closely with the finance and legal teams. Provide regular updates to management. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in business debt collections or related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collections software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation:$60,000 per year
