The ideal candidate will create daily engaging social media posts that are relevant to our ICP while building a strong community presence.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTokDrive community engagement through daily interactions on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and QuoraRepurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats using riverside.fmPlan and execute social media campaigns for product launches and company milestonesTrack and analyze social media metrics to optimize performanceKey Objectives:Achieve 300% year-over-year growth in social media followersEstablish a thought leadership presence on LinkedInDevelop an engaging brand voice across platformsA Typical Day Includes:Managing and updating the content calendar for multiple social platformsCreating and scheduling social media posts about chargeback prevention and fraud educationEngaging with industry communitiesCollaborating with the design team on visual assetsAnalyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy accordinglyDeveloping innovative, creative ideas to boost our brand's social media presenceTools You'll Use:Riverside.fm for content for content management and publishingAnalytics tools for performance tracking and reporting Requirements*Please add your portfolio or website as part as your application.Proven track record in effective social media management and strategic planning for PLG product-led growth SaaS startups-MustExperienced with high-level and proven data analysis, high skills with social media analytics platforms - MustExperienced with content repurposing, ability to repurpose webinars, and podcasts into engaging short-form clips- MustSelf-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing work environment - MustExperience with social media scheduling and management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)- MustExcellent writing and communication skills in English - MustProficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for creating social media graphicsGreat sense of humor and ability to engage with a community in a clever wayKnowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platformsCurious by nature and willing to constantly test & learn new approachesKnowledge and understanding of meme cultureExperience with influencer outreach and relationship management - AdvantageExperience in community management and crisis communication - Advantage
