RequirementsHas worked with Men's performance outerwear and active sportswear or related categoriesExcellent time management skills, possessing a sense of urgency with completing tasks in a timely mannerExceptional follow-up abilities and follow-through results with all correspondentsAnalytical and strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detailsExpertise in fit and function, garment construction, and is able to create grade rulesPatternmaking knowledge with the capability to make pattern correctionsUnderstands fabrics and their characteristic contribution to fit and functionProficiency in ExcelIllustrator know-how a plusWorks well with cross-functional teamsCostco experience preferredResponsibilitiesSchedule and conduct fittingsDaily communication with overseas factories to reach satisfying fits and maintain the T&A of the production processBecome well acquainted with each account and their compliance requirementsFollow-up on sample requirements as needed for each individual accountMeticulously review and prep samples for Customer approvalAnalyze and compare competitive brands to create specific fits
