Starting Base Pay: $17.50 Hour to $18.50Hour30% DiscountPosition Overview:Person with a passion and specialty for communication and customer service to create the best "in-store experience at Uniqlo 5th Ave. A Uniqlo Brand Ambassador linking OnlineEC business with in store flagship activity. Managing specialty area's such as Customer Service desk, UTME graphic t-shirttote bag printing, Embroidery, flower shop, and supporting with influencerscollaborationslive streamingThe Clientele Specialist is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by building interpersonal relationships and acting as a brand ambassador by creating a store experience for our customers that results in sales growth. The optimal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of in-store and online customer needs to provide the best customer service as company standard, and act as a brand ambassador.This position will report to the Clientele Team manager and will work as part of the store and EC integration team, connecting store and EC business.Key Responsibilities:To be a successful Clientele Specialist at UNIQLO, you must be someone who:Acts as a brand ambassador by positively representing the brand, aligned with the company's mission and vision.Provides superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagementsatisfaction according to the UNIQLO service standard, the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and the 6 Standard PhrasesUtilizes company tools to successfully build brand recognition and maximize sales of full-priced items and increase the number of units per transactionAdvocates the integration of stores and eCommerce, evolving the purchasing experience for customersGets excited by developing & sharing insight on new productsservices and providing customer feedback through internal communication channelsWorks as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment.Assists management to identify and resolve issues in the store and supports with special projects as assigned by management.Thrives in an environment that cross-trains all staff members to be able to independently uphold brand and operation standards for our customers (Ex: Cashier, Fitting Room, merchandise processing and replenishment, cleanliness, etc.)Managing specialty area's such as Customer Service desk, UTME graphic t-shirttote bag printing, Embroidery, flower shop, and supporting with influencerscollaborationslive streaming.Requirements:* High School Diploma or GED* Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.* Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends.* Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds* Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
