TITLE: Open-Source Intelligence Analyst (Senior-Level)LOCATION: Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, Quantico VAOVERVIEW: The OSINT Analyst (Senior-Level) will lead MCIA's OSINT collection and analysis efforts to satisfy high-priority intelligence requirements. The analyst will apply advanced OSINT tradecraft, technical expertise, and knowledge of USMC operations to deliver impactful OSINT products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead OSINT collection and analysis projects on strategic topics relevant to USMC equitiesDevelop and implement innovative OSINT tools, techniques and procedures (TTPs)Produce authoritative OSINT reports, multimedia products, and assessments for senior customersIdentify and cultivate new OSINT sources and leverage emerging technologies for OSINT analysisCollaborate with DoD, IC, academia, and industry partners to advance OSINT capabilitiesProvide substantive and tradecraft expertise to junior OSINT analysts and MCIA staffREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or higher in area studies, political science, information science or related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience managing and conducting advanced OSINT operations for DoDICExpert knowledge of OSINT collection planning, source validation, and analytics and visualizationMastery of multiple foreign languages and experience directing foreign language exploitation teamsDemonstrated success developing and integrating innovative OSINT capabilities into operationsActive TSSCI security clearance with CI polygraph and advanced OSINT trainingAbout StreamlineStreamline is a professional and technical solutions company focused on the U.S. Defense, Intelligence, and Special Operations communities.
