Position: Nurse Manager, Emergency DepartmentLocation: Brooklyn, NYPay Rate: $74hrSchedule: EVENINGS - 4 PM to 12 AM 5x8Required Skills & Experience:-Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience of management andor supervisory in the Emergency Department.-MUST have ED experience for this role.-Demonstrates leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.-Excellent creative skills, ideas to improve existing programs.-Ability to determine appropriate action in complex situations.-Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling work.-Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.-Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.-Services, processes, ideas that have an impact on this job and the department.
