Our client base is growing, and our existing clients are engaging the firm across the spectrum of our services offeringsJob DescriptionLiaise with the clients' external auditors, administrator, HRpayroll, and other service providersWork with clients to deliver outsourced CFO and related services to Hedge Funds and Private Equity FundsCollaborate with team members & clients and provide daily operational supportAssist with creation of financial models, budget to actuals, provide ad-hoc financial analysis and participate in ad-hoc projectsReview NAVs, allocations, investor statements and reconciliationsReview andor prepare expense & accrual schedules, management fee calculations and incentive allocationsFund and management company financial statement preparationMaintain accounting practices for assigned clientsResearch accounting principles and advise team(s) andor clients, as neededAssist in evaluating current financial and accounting process for new clients, propose improvements and help coordinate implementation effortsAssist in the opening of clients' brokerage and bank accountsArrange, coordinate, and participate in weekly, monthly or as needed conference callsQualificationsSuccessful candidates will have many, if not all, of the attributes below:Bachelor's Degree in AccountingPrior internship experience is preferredExcellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multi-taskPassionate about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environmentHard-working, self-starter, dedicated, punctual and personableStrong accounting and analytical skillsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to solve problems - quickly and competentlyWell versed in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks, OpenAir, , Expensify are a plusAdditional InformationSalary based on experience and location ($80,000-$100,000) and full benefits package offered.Videos To Watch
