ERP Program Manager

Insight Global is looking for an ERP Program Manager to join one of our Asset Management clients and sit in NY 3 daysweek. This person will be joining the Corporate Systems Engineering team and be an integral part of managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems used across the org. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, systems, and products as well as extensive experience in project management and ERP solutions. This person will be handling very large budget programs and close to 66 projects per year while acting as the primary point of contact for ERP-related matters, liaising between IT, finance, and other departments managing the ERP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience5+ years of ProgramProject Management experience handling large scale portfoliosprograms ERP experience; managing and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and presenting findingsroadmaps to stakeholders Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and change management Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceAlternative Asset or Buy Side experience (to tailor the ERP system to meet specific industry requirements) In depth PeopleSoft experience Financial industry experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
