Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: 250.00 per dayCargo Connect Services LLC, a growing Courier & Delivery Logistics Company for the United States Postal Service, is currently seeking applicants for mail delivery driver/mail carrier on a Contract Delivery Service mail route for the United States Postal Service in Livermore Falls, Maine.REQUIREMENTSMust have legal documentation to work in the United StatesMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to lift 70 pounds.Must be able to work and safely drive in all types of weather conditionsMust reside in the area or neighboring town/city of Livermore Falls, Maine.Must have a qualifying vehicle (Truck/SUV/Minivan with at least 120 cubic feet of cargo capacity & less than 5 years old) and minimum liability insurance.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSorting mail and packages in delivery sequence foractive mailboxesLoading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.Delivering mail and packages to customer boxes along an assignedline-of-travel.Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.Other administrative duties are required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Route delivery/ unloading experienceFormer USPS, UPS, FedEx employees Work Schedule: Full-Time:Six Days per Week (Available Monday through Saturday) Time: 7:30 AM until route is finished [varies approximately 7.0 Hours per day] Vehicle to be provided by hired driver (Contractor). Delivery Route is approximately 62 miles round trip each day.$250.00 Per Day (1099 Independent Contractor)Must be available to start work Immediately.
