Travel to meet with foster families and offer support (yep, theres driving involved!)???? Be a crisis responder and offer on-call support when families need it the most???????? Help train and recruit awesome new foster families???? Lead meetings, attend court hearings, and work directly with families and kids to keep them safe and supported???????????????? Provide direct services and connect families to local resources for extra support???? Stay organized and get stuff done! (Yep, paperwork is part of the job)???? What You Bring to the Table: ????A Bachelors or Masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field that is licensable by the Kansas BSRB2+ years working with kids and families required (bonus points if youve got experience in foster care)Licensed by the Kansas BSRB (or youre ready to get licensed)A drivers license and auto insurance (Youll need a car for this role!)A compassionate heart and a passion for helping others????
