Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a meticulous Sales Assistant to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, assisting with data management, and fostering positive relationships with vendors and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sales and administrative tasks to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and processing. Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a precise and timely manner. Assist with construction estimating and contribute to accurate project proposals. Manage vendor inventory and ensure timely procurement processes. Support inside sales activities by coordinating with clients and preparing necessary documentation. Collaborate with the team to streamline buying processes and enhance efficiency. Generate reports using tools like Crystal Reports to analyze sales data. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to support business goals. At least 5 years of experience in sales support or a related role. Proficiency in data entry and data processing with attention to detail. Strong skills in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and vendor management. Experience with tools and systems such as Crystal Reports and financial software. Ability to manage inventory and streamline procurement workflows. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive and team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
