Your primary duties will include:Conducting monthly reviews of IEPs to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. Providing consultation and guidance to school staff on IEP development, implementation, and best practices. Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of IEP compliance. Collaborating with the Director and other administrative staff to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions. Staying up-to-date on current special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Providing reports to the Director and above level administrators regarding compliance. Qualifications:Valid Special Education Teaching Certification. Extensive knowledge of IEP processes and special education laws (IDEA). Strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational 1 and record-keeping skills. Experience in conducting IEP reviews and providing compliance oversight.
