Represent clients in court and before government agencies, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, contracts, and deeds. Manage all aspects of litigation, including conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and conducting trials. Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Conduct legal research and analysis, and keep up-to-date with current laws and regulations. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and prepare for trial. Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings, to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction litigation, with a focus on litigation defense. Licensed to practice law in the state. Proven track record of success in the courtroom, with significant trial experience. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
