Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOne of our excellent clients in Winston Salem is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions with a primary focus on payables and account reconciliations.An ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in accounting, have managed full cycle payables processes, and have experience with fixed assets.Job Duties:Manage the payables for the company - matching Purchase orders and InvoicesAssist with accounts payable checks as authorized signer where appropriateApprove and process new vendor applicationsComplete expense templates and submit to theEnsure that customer invoicing is completed on a timely basis.Review and update packing slip information for previous day shipments.Communicate with buyers and vendors to ensure payments are received correctly and timely.Reconcile accounts payable transactions to resolve discrepancies and issues. Follow-up on outstanding payable checks from the operating accounts for all offices.Provides supporting documentation for audits as needed. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field2-3 years Accounting experienceStrong Excel skillsStrong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of personnelAbility to multi-task effectively, with minimal supervisionIf you would like to be considered for this role, apply now!
