Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTo Apply for this Job Click HereWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the General Manager in leading kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient execution, and strong team collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Assist in menu and recipe development; ensure consistency in presentation, taste, and portioning.Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and waste control.Manage event prep and execution in coordination with GM and event teams.Train, schedule, and supervise BOH staff; foster a positive and productive work environment.Enforce food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.Support cost control strategies and track key kitchen performance metrics.Collaborate with FOH teams for smooth service during peak times.Address guest feedback and continuously improve food quality.Skills & Qualifications:Proven leadership and kitchen management experience.Strong knowledge of food safety, budgeting, and cost control.Experience in recipe/menu development preferred.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Flexible schedule to meet business demands.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.Manual dexterity for food prep tasks.Join our team and help shape a kitchen culture centered on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
