Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $15-17/hr DOE1st Choice Home Care is a private care agency dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services for seniors and disabled individuals throughout Northeast Arkansas. The Administrative Assistant at ourCorning AR building will be responsible for handling incoming calls, tracking continuing education training, processing PIN Forms and Applications, Staffing and Scheduling. This position plays a key role in supporting the Office and the company by ensuring efficient communication and compliance tracking.Job Responsibilities:Report to job on timeAnswer and route incoming phone callsInput data into company EVV systemReport to the Office SupervisorTrack and maintain records of continuing education training for employeesProcess PIN Forms and Maltreatment checksDistribute incoming mail to appropriate departmentsKeep the front office clean and organizedAdhere to safety standards as outlined in policy and proceduresDemonstrate knowledge of personal care program policiesAdhere to 1st Choice Home Care, Inc. company policies, including infection control, false claims act, and electronic visit verification policiesFollow HIPAA laws and keep all client and caregiver information confidentialSkills & Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with coworkersExperience in Microsoft Office and Google DriveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to achieve short-term goals and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle all confidential information with discretionBenefits:Paid Time OffHealth InsuranceSupplemental Insurance401(k)
