Previous home remodeling and handyman experience required - basic construction and home maintenance skills are necessary. We are looking for energetic, friendly and professional people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as new bathrooms, kitchens, home repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES:Always keep job sites safe and clean for our customers and technicians.Perform various types of home improvement/ maintenance work, including residential and commercial workRecommend best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality and performance working within the guidelines of the manufacturers installation instructions.Communicate effectively and report daily with management.Working with clients to provide exceptional customer serviceRepresenting House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customersSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:10+ years of construction/home maintenance experienceHands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the industryAbility to learn and operate basic computer programs and systemsFriendly personality and committed to great customer serviceA strong work ethic and highly dependableAble to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling toolsValid driver's licenseMaintenance Technician, Remodeler, Technician, Carpenter, Tradesmen, Craftsman, Drywaller, Painter, Handyman, Apprentice, General Contractor, Home Improvement, Finish Caprenter
