We want our team members to feel valued so we care about our team members just as we care about our customers.Job SummaryOur Richland Center location is looking to hire a full-time Cashier Team Member. Cashier Team Members are responsible for a positive sales floor customer experience. This position will utilize our customer service guidelines during the entire sales process, from entering the store, providing product information, performing cashier functions and ensuring the customer leaves our store satisfied.Our Cashier Team Members are required to work every other weekend and some evenings. Looking for 32-40 hours a week.Responsibilities and DutiesProvide excellent customer serviceGreet customers entering the storeHelp customers find the location of productsAnswer customers questions and provide information on company policiesIssue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customersReceive payments by cash, check, and credit cardsAnswering phones as instructed and help customers over the phone as neededMaintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning dutiesPerform other duties and tasks as assignedThis position reports to the Store ManagerQualifications and SkillsQualifications- prefer 1-2 years experience in cash handling but no experience requiredEducation Qualifications- prefer High School diploma but no experience requiredSkills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help peopleBenefits and PerksFull-Time Team Members are eligible for the following benefits: 2 Health Insurance options, FSA and HSA options, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short-Term Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance, and Vacation.Additional Perks- All Team Members are eligible for a store discount on purchases and rentals.SalaryFull-time starts at $15 hourPowered by JazzHRcqojpJESro
