Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial records are balanced and accurate. Prepare and analyze financial statements to support decision-making processes. Conduct audits to assess financial accuracy and compliance with regulations. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future business performance. Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure efficient capital management. Collaborate with teams to deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards. Provide insights on budget processes to improve financial planning. Support key financial initiatives through thorough data analysis and reporting. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, audit, or accounting field. Exposure to the Banking industry is required. Strong knowledge of accounting functions, including reconciliations and audits. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Experience with preparing financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance. Familiarity with cash flow analysis and capital management strategies. Understanding of banking industry standards and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to stakeholders.
