If you thrive in roles that leverage data management, reporting, and operational coordination, this opportunity could be a perfect fit for you.Position Summary:As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workflows by managing data, creating detailed reports, and supporting both internal and external collaborations. Prior manufacturing experience will set you up for success in this role, as well as experience with systems like SAP and ServiceNow.You will act as a bridge across teams, ensuring seamless communication and up-to-date reporting. Advanced expertise in Excel is essential, along with a strong ability to navigate complex data and prioritize competing tasks in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Excel & Reporting: Create, analyze, and manage detailed reports using advanced Excel functions to support internal and external operations.Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely access to critical data needed for operational decision-making.Manufacturing Support: Leverage prior manufacturing experience to coordinate administrative activities and support operational efficiency.Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication at all times.System Navigation: Work within SAP and ServiceNow platforms to manage workflows, track updates, and resolve system-related tasks.Process Improvements: Proactively identify inefficiencies in administrative tasks and recommend improvements to streamline operations.Documentation: Prepare and manage key documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of reports, updates, and records.Prior administrative experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas, and data analysis).Familiarity with SAP and ServiceNow systems is desired.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.High attention to detail and a proven ability to produce accurate reports and documentation.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
