Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:The maintenance leader is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team of craftsmen.Practice and promote the IBiZ Now safety policyEnsure employees follow safe work practicesProvide direction and coordinate activities relating to facility repairProactively perform and oversee corrective and preventative maintenanceConfer with management/department heads to plan preventive maintenance programs and schedule maintenance-related activities with production operationsManage department labor and material costsManage employee development and training in the department, as well as ensure cross-training opportunities are completedContribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure complianceMonitor inventory of materials and equipmentInspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenanceWilling to be on call 24 hours a day for plant-related issuesProficiency in Windows-based software and basic computer skillsJob QualificationsA willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.High school diploma or equivalencyStrong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission process systemsExcellent communication skillsStable employment historyExperience in a high-volume manufacturing environmentFive (5) years of experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance.
