From wellness necessities and household essentials to the finest of self-care, each product that we offer is crafted with the utmost quality, care, and love.About the Position:We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility General Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and groundskeeping.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs and safety hazards.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order materials as needed.Assist with setup and teardown for events, including moving furniture and equipment.Assembling manufacturing machines/lines, learning how they work, performing preventative maintenance and making necessary repairs.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.Document maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs and projects.Participate in emergency response efforts as needed, including snow removal and facility repairs.Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.Preferred Skills:Experience with building maintenance software or work order systems.Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to facility maintenance.Familiarity with hand and power tools.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Rowe Casa Organics is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
