The main responsibility of our Agent Support Representative is to provide an exceptional customer service experience in a timely manner for agents of the company. ResponsibilitiesProvide a personalized experience for every single client through product expertise and outstanding serviceHave a thorough understanding of Senior Life Insurance Company products and services Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsManage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through deliveryRepresent our brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalismBuild sustainable relationships of trust with clients through open and interactive communicationWork on Direct Sales floor once a weekOther job duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious office experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a timely mannerComputer proficiencyBilingual is a plus Ability to lift 15lbs.
