Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated PM weekend shift Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This position is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our diverse range of machinery and equipment, which includes but is not limited to saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, and air compressors.ResponsibilitiesPerform primarily preventative and project-based work, but also required to do reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across equipment operating at voltages up to 480V 3-phase.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems while adhering to safety standards and best practices.Possess a strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in their work.Essential Skills2-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps.Basic understanding/knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical troubleshooting, LOTO, and the ability to use a voltmeter.Basic understanding/knowledge of HVAC systems and/or how PLCs work.Ability to work with little production support and minimal supervision.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustrial certificates or degrees.Ability to troubleshoot 480V 3-phase.Ability to read and interpret schematics.PLC troubleshooting.Why Work Here?We are huge on promoting from within! The work environment can be dusty in some areas and have strong acetone/paint smells in others. The maintenance department is a tight-knit team with a variety of skillsets, big on sharing education and developing others. We are also huge on promoting from within and have multiple scenarios where this has happened previously. The hours for this position are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6pm to 6:30am, with a shift premium.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Goshen, Indiana.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
