Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocation: Prineville, ORDuration: At least 6 weeks, with potential for temp-to-permSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompensation: $20 - $26 per hour, depending on experienceLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in Prineville, Oregon, to hire a dependable and motivated Assistant Property Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in property management or administrative support who enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the daily operations of the property, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordinationProvide friendly and professional service to tenants, addressing questions and concerns promptlyAssist with coordinating property maintenance and ensuring timely completion of work ordersHelp manage move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentationPerform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate property recordsWork collaboratively with property staff and vendors to maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning propertyQualifications:Experience in property management or a related field is preferredBilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working independently and managing multiple tasksFamiliarity with property management software is a plusA positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learnPay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jake Anderson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
