Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAccount Executive - $120k-$150k/annually DOE!This position is a direct hire opportunity!Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Account Executive for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $120k-$150k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!Responsibilities:The Account Executive will be responsible for the growth of mechanical and pressure tubing sales within the Oil & Gas, Heavy Equipment, Firearms, Automotive and other large industrial market segments. Independent prospecting and selling activities within the industrial customer base either on a direct or through select distributors.Identify and create plan to grow major OEM prospects with demands for the products we produce.Create high-value relationships with prospects through a demonstrated understanding of their business needs and potential solutions.Analyze the growth potential of current and target accounts and develop plans to maximize profitable sales for each.Schedule in person visits to target customer to learn their operations by walking floor and explaining our value proposition.Create high-value relationships with influential decision makers at our customers and prospects outside of the purchasing contact.Identify a minimum of 2 new qualified accounts per month.Maintain a 3/6/12 mo. pipeline.Provide accurate sales forecasts and pricing feedback.Other duties may be assignedExpectations:25% of your time will be prospecting40% of your time will be face-to-face with clients20% Researching and understanding market trends and potential new applications15% Networking and growing contact databaseCompetencies/Desired Characteristics:Business Understanding - Takes a holistic look at performanceCustomer Focus - Addresses underling customer needsNegotiates the Deal - Works to achieve an agreed positionPersuasive Selling - Creates recognition & acceptance of a new buying needRelationship Management - Builds positive working relationshipsDelivers Sustainable Results - Aspires to exceed targetsLocation: Winamac, INSchedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PMThis position requires 50-75% travelQualifications:Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 5+ years of business-to-business selling experience, or a proven track record of success in a similar role.Bachelor's Degree in sales, business, engineering or technology.You have strong grit - motivation, burning desire, commitment to success and failure is not an optional attitude.High Energy and positive collaborator with a Yes Can-do attitudeStrong hunting skills using cold calling and networking with prospective new clients.Strong skills in consultative sales, positioning value, negotiations, time management, and the ability to customize solutions.Manage time .
