Job DescriptionJob DescriptionApartment Maintenance Technician Moultrie, GA | Temp to Perm | $15.00 / HourWe are looking for a maintenance technician to handle maintenance work in an apartment complex. You will be expected to take ownership of your position, complete tasks in a timely manner, and treat each customer interaction with care. ResponsibilitiesGetting apartments ready for turn overPaint and handle basic maintenanceComplete plumbing, wall fixtures and outletsMaintain grounds of the apartment complex Handle all work orders inside and outside grounds, including parking lotComplete additional duties as requestedRequirementsClean drug screenHigh School Diploma or GED3+ years of previous maintenance experience preferred Valid Georgia Drivers License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (past 3 years)Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shiftAbility to climb stairs and ladders with heavy toolsHave your own vehicleAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBe punctual and reliableAbility to bend, reach, climb stairs, etc.Be a team player and work well alone efficiently Location: Moultrie, GeorgiaPay Rate: $15.00 / HourSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
