Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: CNC Maintenance Technician Location: Decatur, IL Pay Rate Range: $30.00 - $34.00 (Hourly)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. If you have a passion for precision and problem-solving, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and equipment.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.Repair and replace defective components as needed.Conduct machine calibrations and alignments to maintain accuracy.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Siemens Controls, G&L, or Cincinnati experienceEducation & Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Technical or vocational training in CNC machinery or a related field preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., CNC Maintenance Certification) are a plus.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
