Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is currently seeking a Receptionist to work Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 4-7pm.Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.12/hr (depending on experience)Responsibilities:Answering and directing phone calls appropriatelyWelcoming visitorsOrganizing and filing medical recordsManaging incoming and outgoing mailAssisting with administrative tasksScheduling appointments or meetingsHandling routine inquiriesKeeping the reception area organizedQualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience using Microsoft Office SuiteMaintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
