Job DescriptionJob DescriptionConstruction Supervisor - E&C Location: Delta, Missouri, USDuration: 12-Month ContractOverview of the RoleJoin a leading renewable energy organization as their on-site Construction Supervisor - E&C (Civil/Mechanical Superintendent) for utility-scale solar projects. As the owner's representative, you'll ensure excellence in safety, quality, and schedule adherence while overseeing critical civil and structural construction aspects of innovative solar installations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the owner's representative to monitor EPC contractor compliance with contractual commitmentsReview and enforce safety documents, policies, and SWPPP implementationOversee civil/mechanical construction activities through daily field walks and inspectionsPerform quality assurance/control inspections and documentationMonitor contractor progress and maintain project schedulesAttend safety meetings, craft tailgates, and management coordination sessionsTrack and resolve open action items and punchlist completionRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 4 years of industrial experience in civil and structural constructionDemonstrated ability to comprehend construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership skills with experience managing people and contractorsExcellent organizational abilities including scheduling and progress reportingProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with construction management software and data entry systemsClear communication skills for interfacing with contractors and third partiesOur Recruitment ProcessAI Interview RequirementPlease note that as part of our recruitment process, all candidates will be required to complete an AI-powered interview.
