Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInventory Specialist $19/hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage on-site program replenishments and disbursements. This role involves performing stockroom duties, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements. The specialist will also handle laboratory services such as glassware processing, biological waste processing, chemical inventory receipt/reconciliation, and the delivery of direct shipment orders to end users.ResponsibilitiesManage on-site program replenishments and disbursements.Perform stockroom duties including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts.Handle laboratory services such as glassware processing, biological waste processing, chemical inventory receipt/reconciliation, and delivery of direct shipment orders to end users.Utilize computer systems to access and follow standard operating procedures.Proactively communicate with the supervisor regarding any customer concerns and/or potential problems.Effectively address customer concerns within established resolution timeframes.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.Essential SkillsFluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.Strong communication skills with a desire to deliver excellent customer service.Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions.Proficiency in using handheld scanners and entering data in various systems.Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite of software.Strong organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsPossess analytical skills to reconcile reports.Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various levels of personnel at the customer site.Why Work Here?Opportunity to work onsite at a dynamic facility that values excellent customer service and professional growth. Work areas may include spaces where chemical-based allergens are in use.
