Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to join our highly automated facility. The shifts available are 1st Shift (6:30am - 2:30pm), 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm), and 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 6:30am). This role involves mandatory work every other weekend, with voluntary overtime during the week. The compensation is based on experience and skill level with additional shift premiums.ResponsibilitiesEngage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production.Troubleshoot and execute regular preventive maintenance plans.Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems.Perform routine maintenance checks, identify and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery and processes.Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment including mechanical and electrical components and systems.Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, equipment issues, and replacement part usage.Install new and automated systems and equipment, including wiring, configuring controllers, and setting up sensors.Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment.Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment.Strong experience repairing pneumatic systems.Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic, and computer control systems.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within automated systems.Familiarity with mechanical components, including servo motors, actuators, AC motors, and sensors.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, blueprint, and schematic.Why Work Here?We offer fully company-paid medical benefits, 17 paid holidays in 2025, 3 weeks of vacation, an on-site cafeteria, and tuition and schooling paid programs. One department is a dry room, necessitating garb and beard nets if applicable. The facility is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and very brightly lit. We emphasize 5S3K standards.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Holland, Michigan.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.Offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start.
