You will communicate with the foreman and/or Service Advisors.Our mission is to provide exceptional automotive service to our community by ensuring our employees receive the highest level of training, delivering ethical, quality repairs and services, and fostering lasting relationships with our customers.If you believe you would be a great fit for our team, we invite you to join us and prepare for growth!Compensation:$55,000 - $100,000+ yearly DOEResponsibilities:Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skillsProvide preventive maintenance work like replacing brake pads, adjusting fluids, rotating tires, completing oil changes, and servicing the air conditioningPerform system inspections, test drives, and diagnostic tests to determine necessary repair workIdentify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systemsContinue learning and growing technical skills and opportunitiesComplete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteriesIdentify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systemsConduct test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests to determine automotive malfunctionsWork with team members to determine vehicle problems and solutionsQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredStrong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessaryA valid drivers license is necessary Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are necessaryAn associate's degree from a vocational or technical school and/or ASE certification are a plusAbout CompanyOur expert team has been well-trained to become leaders in our industry to put you back on the road quickly and happily.
