This position offers variety, purpose, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives.JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Cemetery Sales AdministratorLocation: Rest Haven Memorial Park, Russellville, ArkansasJob Type: Part-Time [3 days/week-(24 weekly hours)]Reports To: Cemetery Sales ManagerJob Overview:The Cemetery Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting our cemetery sales team and ensuring a compassionate experience for the families we serve. Youll handle day-to-day administrative duties, provide front-line customer service, and assist in maintaining records, schedules, and sales documentation. If youre highly organized, empathetic, and reliable, wed love to hear from you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative Sales & Office Support:Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and greet families and visitorsPrepare and maintain contracts, deeds, and legal paperworkManage digital and physical records for property sales and arrangementsSchedule appointments for families and sales team membersTrack burial plot inventory and memorial product availabilityProcess payments, issue receipts, and assist with financial documentationSupport timekeeping and general office needsCustomer Service & Family Assistance:Offer caring and professional support to families during difficult timesExplain cemetery services, options, and pricing clearly and compassionatelyCoordinate with funeral homes, clergy, and cemetery staff for service arrangementsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsSales & Marketing Support:Assist sales team with scheduling, paperwork, and follow-upsMaintain customer records and sales databasesHelp update brochures, pricing sheets, and promotional materialsSupport planning for cemetery tours and community outreach eventsOffice & Records Management:Maintain accurate cemetery mapping and plot recordsEnsure compliance with state and local regulationsOrder and track office supplies as neededQUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociates or bachelors degree preferredMinimum of 2 years in administrative, customer service, or sales supportExperience in cemetery, funeral, or real estate fields is a plusSkills & Competencies:Excellent organization and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Google Workspace products and/or other similar computer applications.Familiarity with CRM software is helpfulAbility to remain empathetic, calm, and discreetAdditional Requirements:Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends (rare, if ever)Comfort working in a cemetery environment and with grieving familiesWork Environment & Benefits:Office setting within a cemetery locationInteraction with customers, grounds crew, and sales teamBenefits:Paid time off401(k) matchingMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceCompany paid life insuranceAdditional life insurance for purchaseCancer/Hospital indemnity/Accident insuranceCompensationBase pay based on experienceCommission package
