Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Assembly Line WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our assembly line team. You will be responsible for assembling glass panel doors with blinds sealed in the middle for houses. No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesWork on the assembly line and rotate stations every hour.Assemble glass panel doors with blinds sealed in the middle.Use power tools while working on the assembly line.Station 1: Prepping the blinds.Station 2: Prepping the glass, cleaning the glass panels.Station 3: Work with a partner to seal glass panels together and send them through the oven.Station 4: Take glass from the oven, ensure it is fully sealed, and pass it down the line.Station 5: Continue pushing glass down the line and clean it.Station 6: Test the blinds to ensure they function correctly.Work EnvironmentThe facility is clean, very large, and the work is not heavy or difficult. Shifts are from 6:15 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional work on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. You will be provided with all necessary training, and the dress code includes wearing a hair net while working with glass panels.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Zeeland, Michigan.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
