Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Lead Machine OperatorJob DescriptionThe Lead Machine Operator plays a key role in assisting management with the leadership of various assigned departments. This position focuses on training employees, achieving quality standards, maintaining sanitation and food safety standards, and monitoring production metrics. Machine Operator Leads may be assigned to different areas depending on business needs.ResponsibilitiesTrain employees on machine operation and safety protocols.Ensure that quality standards are consistently met.Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in accordance with regulations.Monitor and analyze production metrics to optimize efficiency.Assist management with the leadership of assigned departments.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation.Proficiency in general labor tasks.Ability to perform data entry and inventory management.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Familiarity with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team where your contributions are valued.
