This role combines warehouse operations and occasional driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and transportation of goods. This qualifies individual will be driving between both our Milan and Bruceton warehouses.When we say occasional we mean 98% warehouse responsibilities and 2 % driving between locations. There could be some weeks when driving will not be needed, so we are looking for someone who can be a team player in the warehouse and drive when asked.We are known for our attention to detail and commitment to our customers and employees alike. Magazine as one of the best workplaces in 2021Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Duties:Load and unload trucks, ensuring items are handled with care.Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.Driving Duties:Operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving.Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.General:Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines.Follow company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:Valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) and a clean driving record.2+ years of driving experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with manual transmissionExperience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50-75 lbs).Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Benefits are available to all full-time employees after working 90 days!Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401k Match at 6%Flexible Spending AccountProfessional Development AssistancePaid Time OffAmple opportunity for advancement, we want to see you grow!Dog-friendly office space Because dogs make everything better right?
