Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Asheville, North Carolina location. As part of our banking team, you will be working in our office, providing top-notch customer service through various communication channels.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, primarily through email correspondence Provide loan servicing, assisting customers with their loan-related needs Effectively manage a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis Maintain a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into our system Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and document customer interactions Schedule appointments as needed for customers Ability to communicate in multiple languages would be a plus Prior experience with loan services would be beneficial. Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Prior experience in a call center customer service role is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Competency in data entry tasks, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills, with experience in email correspondence. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of using advanced functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, capable of creating and editing detail-oriented documents. Experience in order entry, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars simultaneously.
