This full-time position requires someone who can manage front desk responsibilities while supporting administrative operations. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company. You will be expected to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role, as well as your experience in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.Manage phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.Clerical Support:Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for documents.Administrative Tasks:Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.Prepare correspondence and documents as needed.Office Coordination:Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.Assist in organizing company events and meetings.Communication:Facilitate communication between the engineering team and clients.Manage outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.This position pays up to $18 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
