If youre passionate about making an impact, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!About the Role:As an On-Site Supervisor, you'll be a key player in supporting our client location, working closely with client leadership to address their staffing needs. This role offers a chance to shape the future of staffing and directly impact the workforce's performance. Youll be responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting a contingent workforce, while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.Participate in client production meetings to understand their needsLead weekly meetings with supervisors to align on strategies and client goalsCheck-in our contingent workforce.
