This company is a leading supplier of welding and medical equipment, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.Role: Customer Service Rep.Pay: $17-20/hrSchedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pmLocation: The Dalles, ORStart Date: 4/28Description:Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price, and useEfficiently assess customer needs for products or servicesEducate patients/clients on medical products and servicesFit and sell medical products and services to customersProcess customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computerKeep showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentablePerform other tasks as assigned or necessaryAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Medical experience is a plusAbility to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to accurately enter data into the computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the positionComputer literacy and a typing test will be part of the interview. You MUST be proficient in basic computer operations and typing. All other aspects are a plus, but we will train the correct person.Experience Level:Entry - Intermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
