Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Competitive payWeekly per diemMedical, dental, and vision insurance (best-in-class)401(k) with company matchPaid time offAward-winning safety programsOvertime opportunitiesPOSITION SUMMARIESBoilermaker:Assemble, repair, and maintain boilers, tanks, pressure vesselsRead blueprints; drill, tap, bolt, and install componentsReplace defective parts; cut metal with torchInstall/repair refractory brick and caulk riveted seamsIronworker:Assemble steel frameworks (girders, columns, etc.)Read blueprints, unload deliveries, and guide steel into placeBolt/weld members, verify alignment, and assist with riggingMillwright:Install, align, and maintain heavy industrial machineryRead blueprints; dismantle and move equipmentAssemble and secure equipment; perform repairs and lubricationOperate engine lathe; perform grouting as neededRigger:Rig and move materials/equipment safelySelect rigging gear based on load specsAttach loads and communicate with crane operatorsSet up and secure hoisting equipment; splice ropes and direct lift operationsQualifications:1-4 years of experience (depending on position level)Must pass a post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical examCompletion of New Hire Orientation QuizMust not pose a direct safety/health risk to self or othersMust meet job site safety and appearance requirements (clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)Must use required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness, etc.)Physical Requirements:Comply with drug & alcohol policyAble to pass company-required physical examsCapable of climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working at heights or in confined spacesAble to lift/carry 50 lbs.
