Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle: TN Brazing Gr 2 FLSA: Non-ExemptGeneral Summary:The coil brazer and Header Brazer are responsible for brazing coils and headers per blueprints before sending the coils to the next steps in the process.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Identify and prioritize what work is to be performed using SAPInspect the quality of the coil by checking hairpins, fins, and overall aesthetics of the coil, and cleaning off any excess oilBraze the coil joints and connections so that they are leak-freePer the print, attach headers and braze accordinglyEnsure the quality of brazes and that all joints and connections are brazed before sending to the quality test tank to testConfirm out in SAP Job Qualifications:Brazing or welding experience, preferred Detail-orientedWork independentlyBlueprint reading skillsThe ability to understand and convert decimals and fractionsGood communication skills Physical Requirements for the jobAbility to move at least 50lbsAbility to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per dayWear the necessary PPE for the position
