The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and will have the opportunity to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.Responsibilities: Managing a multi-line phone system to ensure efficient communication within the organization Providing top-notch customer service to clients and stakeholders Accurately entering data into the system to maintain up-to-date records Handling email correspondence professionally and timely Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks Organizing files systematically for easy retrieval Scheduling appointments accurately, avoiding conflicts and ensuring smooth operations Leveraging interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and friendly environment for visitors and staff.
