Job DescriptionJob DescriptionElectrical Technician - Granbury, Tx$28-44/hr - 1st ShiftJob DescriptionThe Electrical Technician performs electrical installations on all company products. This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, diagnosing failures, and making necessary repairs on company products.ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical installations on all company products.Troubleshoot, service, diagnose failures, and make repairs on company products.Use test equipment to solve problems in various systems on the units.Read and understand electrical schematics.Possess an advanced understanding of electrical voltage reading AC/DC, focusing on low and medium AC voltages.Prepare documentation, administer physical inspection, and complete sign-off books with QC coordination.Conduct final system checks.Adapt to new situations and/or systems on the production line.Effectively test, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems, products, assemblies, and/or components.Demonstrate effective soldering skills.Assist lower-level technicians with on-the-job training.Mentor and act as a role model for co-workers while working alongside them on the production floor.Provide feedback on areas needing improvement or correction to the team.Ensure lower-level technicians understand processes and can perform tasks properly.Assist with process improvements and work instructions.Give clear and concise instructions.Improve products and make associated recommendations.Inspect, identify, make repairs, and replace parts as required using advanced product knowledge.Test equipment and perform regular maintenance checks on electronics.Essential Skills5+ years of electrical experienceAbility to troubleshoot, service, diagnose failures, and make repairsProficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematicsAdvanced understanding of electrical voltage reading AC/DCEffective soldering skillsAbility to use test equipment to solve problemsExperience with final system checks and documentationLeadership and mentoring skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electrical assembly, termination testing, and control panel installationKnowledge of hydraulics and electrical wiringProficiency in conduit bending and using hand toolsAbility to work with blueprints and field service installationsExperience with process improvements and providing feedbackWhy Work Here?Enjoy company lunches, holiday parties, and branded t-shirts. The role involves working inside and outside of trucks to complete builds.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granbury, Texas.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $44.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
