Our commitment to cutting-edge technology and innovation has allowed us to become a global leader in the industry.As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, including electrical systems, mechanical components, and instrumentation devices. You will perform preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, and make necessary repairs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities:Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks on electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using testing equipment and diagnostic toolsRepair or replace defective components and equipment partsInstall, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation devicesEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects and tasksMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventoryRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Experience: 2-5 years in a maintenance technician roleStrong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and instrumentation devicesAbility to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematicsFamiliarity with PLCs, HMIs, and control systemsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in the dairy or food manufacturing industryKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsExperience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Knowledge of safety regulations and proceduresSchedule Requirements:We have 1 shift available currently:Nights 4pm-12am. Sunday - Saturday. Every other weekend off. Flexible on scheduling for set days off.BenefitsWage / Hours:Wage open based upon experienceMinimum starting at $ 28.00 per hour/$3 shift premium included$3.00 Shift Premium 6pm-6am. Monday-Friday.
